Happy Thanksgiving!

We have some wonderful friends who gave us 2 live turkeys for Thanksgiving...but I'm kind of more chicken than turkey and well...I can't really see myself butchering them. So, it's Butterball for Thanksgiving and Craigslist for the organic, free range...very alive turkeys. This is one time when what's healthiest looses to what is less bloody and less time consuming.
